Community Care of West Niagara is seeking an Executive Director to lead in a highly visible position of a well respected and supported registered charitable non-profit organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be an officer of the organization and lead staff and volunteers to manage all aspects of activities including; fundraising, media relations, community engagement, finance, administration, human resources, programs and services, strategic planning and policy development and implementation. Candidate Qualities The successful candidate will bring to this position nonprofit acumen, financial, administrative and human resources management skills. He or she will ensure the continued delivery of high-quality service to the community. He or she will oversee the fundraising and financial status of the organization. In addition, he or she will set priorities to ensure the organization is operating in a manner that supports the needs of the clients, donors, community and staff. Career Experience and Education
