RUN A FOOD / FUND DRIVE
One of the most popular ways to contribute is to run a food drive in your area or organization. Each year such projects bring in both thousands of pounds of food and monetary contributions. We encourage you to use your imagination and social connections to organize a food or fund drive, we will support any such endeavours and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. Below are some documents that may help.
SOME TIPS
Some proven approaches include using themes to support your food drive, for example a Thanksgiving turkey drive or Halloween treat initiative. Don't forget that it's always a good idea to set goals and a specific timeline for the event. Often a suitable slogan and some advertising will also help generate more interest within the community. Don't hesitate to contact us for help to develop an interesting idea that suits the event.
