Niagara Emergency Energy Fund (NEEF)

Community Care of West Niagara’s emergency assistance  is available on a limited, case by case basis, to registered clients who have imminent need of financial aid for critical situations.

The Niagara Emergency Energy Fund (NEEF) covers electricity, natural gas, oil and other forms of energy and is limited to assistance for payment of arrears, security deposits, and reconnection fees. Applicants must provide detailed documentation as part of the assessment process.

This program is funded by Community Care of West Niagara, in partnership with The Region of Niagara and the Employment Help Centre in Smithville.
