WHO IS COMMUNITY CARE? |

| Community Care of West Niagara is a registered charitable non-profit organization that has been serving the communities of Lincoln and Grimsby since 1967. We are a volunteer driven organization that relies heavily on the community for donations of goods including food and clothing as well as financial donations. The people that we serve come from all walks of life and have experienced financial difficulties due to job loss, illness or other hardships. They are able to obtain food, clothing and emergency assistance which is provided by donors and volunteers in a caring and confidential manner. |

| Community Care of West Niagara is a charity that provides a bridge between dependency and self-sufficiency through programs and services to create a positive environment for people to support themselves and their families with dignity and purpose. |
| VISION STATEMENT |
| Community Care of West Niagara will be recognized and valued for its leadership as a community resource dedicated to responding to evolving needs with programs and services that are relevant and focused on partnership development, relationship building and creating capacity for organizational sustainability. |
| CONTRIBUTORS |
Community Care of West Niagara is funded in part by the United Way of St. Catharines & District. They provide ongoing financial contributions primarily for our food and emergency referral programs. We would also like to make honourable mention of the Beamsville & District Lions Club who runs our largest annual food drive.
