Back to School Program

The Back to School program provides a backpack filled with school supplies to children and youth from low-income families within Lincoln.
With help from the Canadian Tire Bank Snacks n' Sneakers program, we provide a new pair of shoes, nutritious snacks and new backpacks filled with grade specific school supplies needed for each child to be successful at school.
CCWN was also chosen again this year to be a recipient of the Town of Lincoln Grow, Prosper, Belong grant that allows for the purchase of school supplies and lunch bags.
United Way Niagara has generously provided backpacks, water bottles and other supplies in support of this initiative in previous years.
This program is essential in supporting the low-income families residing in Lincoln as it can alleviate some of the financial pressure associated with the school year that many parents face.
CCWN gratefully accepts donations of new items in support of this program, for example:
1. Backpacks
2. Lunch bags
3. Markers
4. Coil notebooks
5. Pens
6. Pencil crayons
7. Pencil cases
8. 1" Binders
9. Lined binder paper
10. Water bottles
