*NEW* Anyone that has not reached the Ontario Age of Majority (18yrs) must have the written consent of a parent or guardian to volunteer with CCWN.

CCWN Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement

As a result of my involvement with CCWN, I may acquire knowledge of confidential information relating to individuals, groups, agencies, and/or governments associated with CCWN business. This information is privileged and must not be discussed with anyone other than relevant CCWN staff, volunteers, and members of the Board of Directors.

I understand that it is the policy of CCWN to hold such confidential information in the strictest confidence. I recognize that the individuals, groups, agencies, and/or governments associated with CCWN business are entitled to such protection as a matter of right.

Photography at CCWN Events

During any CCWN events, photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings may be taken. These images and recordings may be used to promote CCWN's programs and services.

By attending a public event, you grant permission to CCWN and those acting on its behalf to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings on the CCWN website, social media platforms, and in print publications. These photographs and recordings may be used for an indefinite period. CCWN does not sell photographs or recordings to third parties. However, once they are posted online, they may be accessed by anyone.

Please speak to a staff member at the event you are attending if you do not wish for your photo to be taken or used.
