MIL Vendor Information

MIRACLE in LINCOLN,  Saturday, December 12th, 2026 from 10:00am-2:30pm at Cherry Lane, 4230 Victoria Ave, Vineland Station, ON.

Proceeds from sponsorship, vendor fees or any donations made at the event, will be in support of Community Care of West Niagara. This event is held outdoors with the exception of specific activities that will be inside (Vendors, Kids Crafts, Face Painting, Pictures with Santa, Christmas Movies, & a Penny Raffle)

It is the intent of MIL to provide residents and visitors with quality products for the holiday season and beyond. The MIL planning committee will manage and make all decisions concerning the activities at the event, and who may participate as a vendor. We are making every effort to not have any products that are duplicated.

Once you have submitting your completed form and have been approved, info will be sent to you for online payments by credit card or info of where to e-transfer.

Food Truck Vendor - $60

10 x 10 Booth space - $50 plus 1 item towards the penny raffle.

A 6-8ft Table - $30 plus 1 item towards the penny raffle.

Please acknowledge that you have Read the Points Below: *

1. As a vendor, I must supply my own tents, tables, chairs etc., the event organizers are not facilitating rentals.

2. As a vendor, insurance coverage is my responsibility. NWIC, Cherry Lane and CCWN bears no responsibility for any vendors at the event including lost, damaged or stolen property, products or personal belongings.

3. I know the number of indoor vendor booths are limited. Vendors accepted first come first served, on the basis of appropriateness to the integrity of the event.

4. I realize that indoor spaces are limited and are first come, first served, to approved vendors who have submitted payment.

5. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A VENDOR SPACE, I must submit a fully completed Application Form and have read the 2026 Miracle in Lincoln Code of Conduct.
