Putting a Number on the Homeless in Niagara

"The goal is to create a national picture of homelessness," said Katie Macoretta, Niagara Region's manager of homelessness housing and hostels. "In Niagara, we want to understand better how many individuals are homeless in our community. We want to a better understanding of why they are homeless and how we can be sure we are meeting their needs."
